About The Schumann Waves - 21 August 2025

Identified by and named after Prof. W. O. Schumann, these waves are naturally occurring electromagnetic waves oscillating between the earth and its certain atmospheric layers. They also run at the same frequency as the hippocampus and hypothalamus of the human brain. The frequencies of the Schumann waves also follow a similar daily pattern as our brain. Therefore, they aid to regulate our circardian rhythms. Jet lag might be linked to insufficient exposure to the Schumann waves: the farther from earth’s surface, the weaker the waves are. (Dale, C. Garlic in the Kitchen: A Simple Ritual for Health - 03 December 2025

Garlic is most powerful when it is treated with a little care and intention in the kitchen. When preparing your meal, begin by crushing or finely chopping a fresh garlic clove—ideally organic. Chopping or crushing garlic is an essential step. This simple act activates a compound called alliin, which transforms into allicin—a substance renowned for its remarkable health-supportive properties.

Allow the chopped garlic to rest for a few moments, then add it only at the very end of the cooking process, as the final touch. Avoid high temperatures, as excessive heat can damage garlic’s delicate compounds and diminish its therapeutic potential.

By adding garlic gently and mindfully, you allow both its flavor and its healing qualities to fully shine.
