I’m Erika, a naturopathic nutritionist and yoga teacher dedicated to helping people restore balance and reconnect with their natural ability to heal. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the UK and combine science-based nutrition with movement, mindfulness, and a holistic understanding of the body.
My journey into healing began early—my family noticed my natural gift for touch, and later experiences deepened my awareness of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. The loss of my father was a turning point, awakening me to the emotional roots of illness and the profound intelligence within every cell. These experiences continue to shape how I support others today.
In my practice, I welcome people with all kinds of health goals—whether you’re seeking support with nutrition, emotional wellbeing, or overall vitality. My approach is guided by integrity and compassion: I don’t believe in quick fixes or commission-based supplements, but in uncovering root causes and empowering you with tools that create lasting change.
Alongside nutritional consultations, I offer yoga to support physical and emotional resilience. I also bring in elements of intuition and am expanding my practice with Reiki, offering additional gentle ways to restore balance and wellbeing.
A note about how I work: you won’t find me on social media. This is a conscious choice. I believe many online platforms promote inauthenticity and habits that disconnect us from ourselves. For me, healing begins with creating more space, presence, and honesty in our lives—and staying true to this value means not engaging in places that feel misaligned. While this may not be the most “conventional” approach to business, it allows me to remain authentic and offer my clients the same integrity I ask of myself.
